Cancellation Policy

Here at Okay Divers we aim to provide you with top quality dive services. To maximise personal attention and overall service we keep groups small on both courses and also our dive trips. As of this we have the following cancellation & payment policy in place.

All Dive courses and trips are to be paid in full before they commence.

For online bookings all remainimg balances are due to be paid upon arrival at the dive centre.

Dive Courses:

If you fail to show up or you show up after the scheduled start time of your course, and if in the opinion of your instructor we are then unable to accomodate you on that day of the course, you will be charged the price for that particular day of training. For example if you are on our 3 day open water programme priced at 12,000 baht you will be charged 4,000 baht for your no show. Upon payment of your no show fee we will then reschedule your course dependent on bookings that we already have.

Dive Trips / Resort Dive / Discover Scuba:

If you fail to show up for your arranged pick up the following policy is in place as we cannot delay the boat departure in interest of our other customers and staff. The cost of the trip cannot be refunded, you are responsible for any costs incurred.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

Before 18:00 the day before your scheduled trip - 1,000 baht per diver

After 18:00 the day before your scheduled trip - NO REFUND

NO SHOW = NO REFUND

Internet Bookings:

As we offer big savings on all internet bookings we cannot offer any refunds on any cancellations made, however we can reschedule your course or trip with prior notification.
